OMNETICS NANO CONNECTORS :

Single Row Nano-D Connectors:

Omnetics ’ Single Row Nano-D connectors offer an extremely rugged low profile connector which meets or exceeds MIL-DTL-32139 requirements. These ultra-miniature nano connectors are available in a range from SMT for printed circuit board surface mounting to straight tails and wired cable. Designers use these Omnetics nano connectors for rugged portable applications in the miniaturization of space satellites and robots to Mil-Aero, Geophysical, and Medical markets.

Latching Nano-D Connectors:

Omnetics ’ Latching Nano-D connectors offer the same rugged high-reliability performance as a standard Nano-D connector while eliminating the threaded hardware (jackscrews) and tools with the Quick Latching connector system. These Omnetics Latching Nano-D connectors are ideal for applications requiring secure ultra-miniature connectors.

Dual Row Nano-D Connectors:

Omnetics ’ Dual Row Nano-D connectors meet or exceed the requirements for Mil-DTL-32139. These Omnetics rugged high-reliability Dual Row Nano-D connectors occupy less space and reduce the weight of the interconnect system for critical miniaturized electronic modules.

Panel Mount Nano-D Connectors:

Omnetics ’ Panel Mount Nano-D connectors are available in a variety of configurations to mount to a board and panel. These Omnetics Panel Mount Nano-D miniature connectors are frequently used in Mil-Aero, Geophysical, and Medical markets.

Nano Strip Connectors:

Omnetics ’ High-Reliability Nano Strip connectors are designed for high shock and vibration conditions where space and weight are a premium. These Omnetics ultra-low profile nano-miniature connectors are available in a wide variety of configurations to meet your board-to-board or cable-to-board interconnect requirements.

Nano 360® Circular Connectors:

Omnetics ’Nano Circular Connector Series utilizes Omnetics' rugged and reliable Flex-Pin contact system, is spaced on 25 mil (.64mm) centerlines, has a 9.0 mm mated length, and is specified to MIL-DTL-32139. These Omnetics ultra miniature circular connectors are ideal for industries that require small and durable performance.

Polarized Nano Connectors:

Omnetics PZN (Polarized Nano) connectors offer some of the smallest board to cable mounted connectors in the industry. Using the most rugged Nano-pin to socket systems assure high performance in low profile light weight interconnections. These ultra-miniature Omnetics connectors are available in a variety of board mount options as well as wired options.

OMNETICS MICRO CONNECTORS :

Micro-D Connectors:

Omnetics Micro-D subminiature connectors are QPL qualified and designed and manufactured to meet and exceed MIL-DTL-83513. The connector assembly is built to assure the highest performance through high shock and vibration applications as well as extreme environmental use. They use the proven beryllium copper spring pin to socket contact system plated with both nickel and gold that assures the highest quality for mating and de-mating and very low contact resistance. Pin and sockets are set at .050” center to center lines. Omnetics standard and COTs models are available in pin counts from 9 through 51 positions and come available in solder cup and wired as well as board mount configurations. The collection of Omnetics Micro-D connectors also includes special high temperature versions, deep space versions with NASA qualified low outgassing, as well as mixed signal designs fabricated to match your application directly.

Micro Strip Connectors:

Omnetics ’ Micro Strip connectors are COTS and Standard connectors that include latching options and apply the rugged Mil Spec Flex pin and socket system including a fine pitch board mount option with high quality solder contacts. They are designed for extreme conditions where space and weight are a premium. These low profile micro-miniature connectors are available in a wide variety of configurations including both single and dual row connections to meet your board-to-board or cable-to-board interconnect requirements.

Micro 360® Circular Connectors:

Omnetics ’ Micro Circular Connector Series utilizes Omnetics' rugged and reliable Flex-Pin contact system, is spaced on 50 mil (1.27mm) centerlines, features a mated length of less than 12.4 mm, and is specified to MIL-DTL-83513. These 50 mil (1.27mm) center to center circular connectors feature a compact mated length for use in high density wired applications and offer shielded cable against noise or cyber intrusion. Wired designs include plastic, break-away, micro threaded metal shells, twist lock, and ACME ratcheting shells. Omnetics Panel mounted interconnects are designed for portable electronics exposed to high shock and vibration as well as IP68 sealing.
